These are some very simple cookies to make and yet very colorful, so they are ideal when we want to "cookie" one of these winter afternoons and above look good with ours.

We will start beating the butter at room temperature in the blender bowl together with the sugar and vanilla for six minutes until it looks pale. We add the eggs one by one, we mix again for a minute. Add the flour, the yeast until a dough forms.
We wrap the dough in transparent kitchen film and leave it stand in the fridge for an hour or two until it hardens.
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees. With the dough we are making balls like 20 grams, we batter them in normal sugar and then in the icing sugar. We place them on a tray separated from each other. We bake them for 20 minutes or until they look cracked.
