If it is very dry, add a little more milk. You have to get a smooth dough, slightly moist but soft and soft. Form a disk, wrap in plastic film and leave in the fridge half an hour. Preheat the oven to 175ºC and grease a medium sized cake pan or an individual pair. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cover the molds.
